2. Image Processing
Images and PDFs you upload are processed in-memory and are not stored on our servers. Once processing is complete, the files are immediately discarded.
3. Extracted Data
The contact data extracted from your images is temporarily held in memory during your session. We do not retain this data after you close your browser tab.
4. Third-Party Services
We use third-party AI services to process images. These services may receive your uploaded images temporarily for processing purposes only.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies are used.
6. Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.

You have the right to:
- Delete your account at any time

8. Subscription & Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through our payment partner, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You may resubscribe at any time
